You provide this by calling us, sending a WhatsApp message or using the enquiry form on this website. The enquiry form does not store your details on our website: it opens WhatsApp on your device with your message ready to send, and nothing is sent until you press send.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare and discuss a quotation and carry out and manage the work you ask us to do. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unsolicited marketing.
Legal basis and retention
We handle your information because it is necessary to respond to your request and to perform a contract with you, and because we have a legitimate interest in running our business. We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your project and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Third parties
This website uses Google Fonts to display its typefaces and may embed a Google Maps location on the contact page. Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Our Facebook page is run by Facebook, which has its own policy. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
